Closure Announcement:

Per Alameda County Regulations due to COVID-19, our clinic must remain closed to the public. While we cannot perform in-person treatments, we are offering virtual appointments (via Zoom video call) for new and existing clientele.

NEW CLIENTS: Please book a consultation or bootcamp if you have never been seen at our clinic before. If you have seen another professional but have never been to our Clinic, you are a new client.

  • PLEASE BE AWARE: If you have been on any prescription topical product (i.e. Differin, Retin-A, Clindamycin, Epiduo, etc.) you MUST discontinue use for two weeks prior to your appointment. If you have been on Accutane equivalents, you MUST discontinue use for at least one month prior to your first appointment. Using our active products in combination with prescription skincare products can cause harm.

  • Shortly after booking your appointment (during business hours), you will receive an email from an esthetician with instructions on how to take your pictures, what forms are needed, and how to access the appointment. You will also receive an invoice for your appointment that must be paid prior to your appointment date and time.

    We require 24-hour notice on all cancelled or rescheduled appointments. Last minute cancellations (same day) are treated as a “No Show”. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, your paid invoice will not be refunded.

    If you have paid your invoice and need to reschedule with 24+ hour notice, your invoice will be honored for another date and time.

  • If you are running late we ask that you contact us and let us know as soon as possible.Clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late may be rescheduled. If this is the first offense for this specific appointment, your invoice will be honored for one more date and time. If you are 15 or more minutes late for the next appointment, your invoice will not be refunded.

  • We ask all clients who have not purchased their active products for 2+ years to book a consultation so we can re-assess your skin and determine if you need a new regimen. We want to ensure you are getting the best results by providing you with the updated products you need for your skin and acne type.

  • If you already have an appointment set and opt to create a new appointment online, you still must contact us to cancel your already booked appointment. Creating a new appointment online DOES NOT cancel previous appointments. So please call us to cancel appointments you no longer want and to confirm your new appointments.
