Face Reality uses the United States Postal Service and/or FedEx to ship packages. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If a signature waiver is in place, Face Reality cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Most orders shipped via Ground Service are processed and shipped within 1 business day, depending on product availability. Please allow extra transit time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Military APO/FPO.
Express Service orders placed by 12:00 p.m. PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Express Service is not available for shipments to Military APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
Face Reality products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened and/or used. For products returned within 90 days, a 20% restocking fee (per item) will be charged to the customer. There will be no returns accepted without a return authorization. To obtain a return authorization, please contact our orders department at firstname.lastname@example.org .
If products have been opened and used, it is mandatory to speak with an esthetician before a return authorization can be obtained for your products. Please call 510-756-6281 to speak with an esthetician.
As always, if any stinging or burning is experienced with any product(s), wash off immediately and contact an esthetician for instructions.
