The Face Reality Acne Clinic is taking a number of actions to protect the health and well-being of our clients and employees to control the spread of COVID-19 in accordance with the expert guidance of the CDC and local public health authorities.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill in any way. Call at 510-351-1842 and let our team know as soon as you are aware that you will be unable to attend. We will happily reschedule for a time when you are no longer feeling unwell.
We ask that all Clinic clients wear a Facial Covering that covers both their nose and mouth at all times in public areas of the clinic. You may remove your mask while in your treatment room.

NEW CLIENTS: Please book a consultation or bootcamp if you have never been seen at our clinic before. If you have seen another professional but have never been to our Clinic, you are considered a new client to our clinic.
Medications
PLEASE BE AWARE: If you have been on any prescription topical product (i.e. Differin, Retin-A, Clindamycin, Epiduo, etc.) you MUST discontinue use for two weeks prior to your appointment. If you have been on Accutane equivalents, you MUST discontinue use for at least one month prior to your first appointment. Using our active products in combination with prescription skincare products can cause harm.
